Refund Policy
Short version: skills are final sale. Placements are refunded in full if we decline your @ or it doesn’t air.
Skill files
Skill files (SKILL.md and their quick-starts) are final sale. There are no refunds once purchased, because they’re delivered instantly. At checkout you confirm you understand this before you can pay.
If your download link doesn’t work, email hello@storyanimations.com and we’ll send a new one.
@ placements (Cameo and Featured)
Placements are refunded in full if:
- we decline the @ after review, or
- it doesn’t air in the part you chose or the next available part.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
Bundles that contain both
The skill portion is final sale. The placement portion follows the placement refund rule above. If a placement in a bundle is declined or doesn’t air, we refund that placement’s share of the bundle price.
